The filament feeds nicely and is not brittle.

It's a small spool and price wise it's not terrible. Nice shine and good quality. The manual contains very good information for beginning users.

Cons

Never had that problem with creality or elegoo filaments. Had to disassemble the extruder and everything to clean out clogs.

I am really disappointed in the color quality, but it was a fairly cheap lesson learned for a $10 250g spool. It measures around 1. It's a shame really because i liked the color effect, but unfortunately, i cannot recommend this filament.

I’m not completely sure but it seems like the price of dual color silk pla has been falling.

The filament came well packed and neatly wounded.

I got the red+black filament, and it just looks cool.

The filament came vacuum-sealed and is wound on sturdy cardboard (recyclable) rolls.

Comes on a cardboard spool although from the amazon images it looks like some of their filaments come on plastic spools.

I didn’t have the highest of expectations as i hadn’t even heard of the 3dgenius brand, but i decided to give it a try.

The thing i hate about most modern cheap pla blends is that they can be so inconsistent.

Yes as with any silk you have to work with your retractions to avoid it stringing, this one is no more or no less than any top shelf brand.
