Pros

Nice shine and good quality. Only thing is, it's a bit shinier than i would like. The colors come out nice and glossy.

The 3dgenius silk pla prints very nice on my bambu labs a1. It printed perfect, all the overhangs on the fingers are perfect, the backpack is perfect. Love the color of this for prints like print in place articulated items.

It feeds smoothly through my fdm printer. It adheres nicely to the bed using the recommended temps. Cleaned print bed every time with basic rubbing alcohol to get up that oil.

Durability is another area where this filament excels. I would have no issue purchasing more when the need arises.

The filament looks great, comes very well packaged, comes pre_dried and creates an outstanding print.

Cons

I had to disassemble the extruder and everything to clean out clogs and tiny pieces of shredded filament.

This stuff is terrible. It's a shame really because i liked the color effect, but unfortunately, i cannot recommend this filament and i'll be throwing this spool away because i just cannot use it. Having to swap 3 nozzles trying to use this filament g... Read More
