Pros
Noise cancellation reduces surrounding noise to a manageable level so that u can sleep peacefully. Meditation, study ke liye best hai.
Cons
Ear buds doesn't fit into ears, everytime you plug them into your ears they comes out automatically. Noise cancellation is not as per marks.
This rebounds so fast that it's of no practical use. Usually it completely expands in about 15 seconds. Waste of money.

Ive tried noise cancelling with a 2k rs or 25 dollars earphones even headphones yet it is not as good as these earplugs provide

I wouldnt recommend squeezing it in too deep or adjusting its shape with fingersit may cause pain in ur ears that way
