This poultice was sold to me by my veterinarian for use on my horse's leg. I have a horse that gets abscesses frequently and i always make sure i have animalintex pads. The bigelow wrap stays in place more readily while i wrap a gauze roll over it.

Simply air dry it and then rehydrate it to activate the clay

There is a thin plastic film on the bandage side but this wrap does leave a film of residue on the animals leg

There are some great videos on youtube that demonstrate how to apply them—i use roll gauze then vetwrap with duct tape boot on top
