Cons

Using it in my caulking gun looks like trouble, will ask for refund. Extremely hard to use on vertical or overhead surfaces.

Worked as described, tape off every thing, messy but cleans up with actone and so far no leakes.

It is liquid butyl and will not set or harden beyond maybe "tacky" and that is after a few months.

:(a lot of rust repair, sanding, 3 layers of por 15, then this gunk before the window seal.

Competitiveness

Haven't used it yet, but it's going to be better than that tiny tube i've used before!
