They are ear muffs for ear protection and they do that well. They cancel noise and let you listen to radio/bluetooth. Only bad thing is i wish they were a couple notches louder.

The overall experience is pretty good, but there were a lot of things that are listed above that i just did not know before i bought them. Very good overall headset. It’s a keeper.

Second season using these. Chainsaws, string trimmers, mowers. They seem durable.

Just over a year (i. E. Requires just 2 aa batteries) it’s not rechargeable. Do yourself a favor and get a pack of eneloop or fujitsu aa rechargeables instead. Maybe only 6 hours battery life.

It sounds like she's talking through a pillow. The volume is in notches, one notch is too low and the one higher is too high.

All the reset does is erase the radio station presets. Very poor reception and difficult to tune in stations.
