This brand is offered to patients during mri/ctscans. These ear plugs have the highest noise reduction rating available (31db) blocking mosthigh and low frequency sound inluding traffic,and blaring radios.

Good for slumber too. I slept like a baby with these in my ears.

Extra length facilitates a slight easier wear. That creates a perfect fit. Well worth the extra few bucks.

I need to take a photo for you guys to show you how much longer these are, which is great if you have like a super deep ear but for me these have a lot of overhang.
