It doesn't have a vac function but the holes in sandpaper needed for hat purpose are what often wear down the hooks on the pad.
Only metal on the unit is the paddle switch and the air quick release.
- muffler is good but blocks air flow so you get half the blowback from noisy cheap sanders.

A great product at a good price!
And for 200 make the back exhaust grill unscrew out with a quarter and i can screw in a hose instead.
At this price point there should be a touch more development and i'd go up to $200 instead of $175.

Tougher to invert sander to clear dust from work

Coni still cant find a sander that has a speed dial so sensitive it might as well be 3 buttons
