Appears to be an oem original 3m replacement part. All indications in this case appears to be legit. This got me fixed up, it's clean, not worn, and not creased!
Cons
This is why we have a throwaway culture. Just price gouging. Usd, this item is over $16usd.

The elastic in these wears out over time and this replacement made the mask fit lick new.
My elastic was shot ( i replaced it once with wife's supplies ) and then the harness broke and i fiberglass taped it.
Price
Good value but by the time you add two filter's you're at $5.
Paid half of what the entire mask cost at home depot so its a little pricey.
