Pros

The proper procedure is to sand and make the applied area to be free of loose wood or rotten wood. If there is a hole with rotten wood, take out the rotten wood residue and mix them with this compound. Great for novices like myself.

It drys fast, easy to use, easy to spread, hardens just right, no cracking upon drying again amazing stuff.

This stuff is super awesome - easy to work with, dries quickly and as tough as iron, and sands glass-smooth with 220 grit sandpaper.

This feather coat dries within a couple hours since its applied very thin, and with very minimal sanding it’s ready to paint.
