Pros & Cons
Pros
The proper procedure is to sand and make the applied area to be free of loose wood or rotten wood. If there is a hole with rotten wood, take out the rotten wood residue and mix them with this compound. Great for novices like myself.
Cons
This should not be advertised for exterior. Is this a deliberate attempt to fool consumers? The product in this container weighs 15.
Highlights
Quality
Works well, very durable patch for large holes.
It drys fast, easy to use, easy to spread, hardens just right, no cracking upon drying again amazing stuff.
This feather coat dries within a couple hours since its applied very thin, and with very minimal sanding it’s ready to paint.
Tried to use again and it was dried up after a week's time
Price
Best deal on amazon and i looked around a lot so you don't have to!
Only issue is the price otherwise i'd buy tons of it.
I was quoted almost $400 to repair the wall.
Packaging/appearance
The only downside is the product dries out once opened because the container isn't airtight.
Competitiveness
Don't forget this stuff is better than compound or plaster of paris.
