Use the 500 first and the 1st sheet will work just as well. Good valve. No damage to the disk. No problems with the headlight.

These sanding disc are well made and get the job done.
I have been using them to cleanup and polish some old tools of my dads and have been pleased with the results.
It takes between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to do 2 headlights but they look like brand new!
The result is brand new like condition.
