Littman is my go to for stethoscopes for 20 years. My stethoscope is very vital to accurately diagnosing and treating breath sounds.
Cons
Disposable stethoscope doesn't come with spare earbuds. Can't hear anything with this one. Need to put it back flat on the desk for few minutes before it resets. No extra earpieces.
