Despite the use of a softer material for the tube, the sound quality remains exceptional. The device is lightweight and looks good with the red accent. The quality and clarity of heart, lung sounds, and bowl sounds is amazing!

Cons

Littmann stethoscope comes in a real norman box but it is not sealed. Sound quality is good, but the tubing is so sticky. The diaphragm keeps falling off.

The tubing on this model is so sticky! It pulls the hairs out of your neck (or any skin that touches it) and attracts fuzz and debris every time you set it down. It is impossible to get it off.

The price is really great too and is well worth $199.

I was hesitant to spend so much on a stethoscope but it was worth it, esp for busy environments and traumas where it is difficult to hear.

It may be more expensive, but a product that is well worth the extra money!
