Received my littmann stethoscope a few days ago but i had been busy taking classes so i had not had the chance to open the box and rate it, my visual impressions are that the stethoscope is beautiful , i wished the item itself arrived in a sealed box so that i wouldn’t have to wonder if it was used before since when i opened it , it was all over the place and not in the place where it should have been, i also wished that for the price that they would have included more accessories like a carrying case or a stethoscope drum or an adult rubber band and not just the pediatric one since the adult side is the one that’s mostly used.  Read Less
