Pros

Littman monitor iii has helped so much with my diminished hearing capacity. Noticed an immediate difference and could hear sounds and heartbeats regardless of the exterior sounds of the world. Great choice for a stethoscope.

Cons

Either their craftsmanship is now that of a preschooler. Putting together a log cabin with popsicle sticks, or i received a knock off.

This is my fourth littmann stethoscope and this has never happened. Only could heart heart and lung sounds when the pt was sitting up. Forget about bowel sounds.
