Pros

It presents excelent quality auscultation. It is pricier, but worth the extra money! The best is that it was offered prime!

It works great for adults on a med/surg floor as well as newborns in the nursery. Would recommend this to any nurse working on an inpatient unit.

The ear piece fit is snug and blocks out a lot of extraneous noise. Love this stethoscope.

Cons

The product guide is worthless. There are a couple of cd-sleeve-sized pages about upkeep which are so densely worded they are borderline unreadable.
