Pros

Littman is by far the best stethoscope brand hands down. Recommend for every md. And lastly, this stethoscope is the best thing to clean.

Cons

Terrible stethoscope. Most i can hear is a very faint heart beat on my smaller kids with less fatty tissue. I assume every piece of steth of this type is sticky.

It's not real. It looks authentic but i tried to ask them to check the serial number. The lady on the phone said counterfeiters use the same serial numbers as originals, so they can't tell me if it's authentic.
