Pros

The 28-inch black tube is the fred astaire of stethoscope lengths. Coming from a cardiology iv, i feel they have very similar quality. Littman is the way to go.

They fit comfortably in my ears and it feels very light on long shifts when i have it on my neck. The sound is amazing, very clear for the price segment. No more battling with unruly hospital noises—just pristine heart murmurs and lung whispers.

Cons

Compared to a classmates litmann, this stethoscope is noticeably muffled. It muffles very easy, it's light weight and overall kind of a wimpy stethoscope.
