Pros

Good for bowl sounds, heart tones, lung sounds, combative psych or drunk. It also has that incredible acoustic quality that i depended on before. Great stethoscope for the price.

Bought it to replace my littmann cardio 3 of 12 years. The cardio 4 has the diaphragm and bell vs just the diafragm. Sturdy design, with no evidence of deterioration over the last 2 years.

A bit pricey but definitely worth the cost. I always like having the best tool available, to the point of detriment at times. Would definitely recommend this without hesitation.

Cons

I believe this stethoscope isn't a real littman. The diaphragm disconnects from the tubing during auscultation. Also the stethscope is heavy and uncomfortable to wear around the neck.
