This fits my littmann stethoscope without issues. Cardiologist de otra marca de alta calidad. Fit my 1990 littman cardiology ii perfectly.

Very easy and straightforward installation. Easy to install.

Cons

The quality is poor and the diaphragm had a lip on it that prevented proper placement of the rim. Do not buy the ii ce parts to fix a ii.

Poor workmanship. Unusable product. Now you know why the cost of medical care is so high when companies like 3m rip you off!
