Pros

This fits the cardiology 3 model. Comes with an adult and pedi diaphragm or an anti-chill ring for the pediatric side. I also like that the rubber seal are as one unit, not separate.

Cons

Spare parts seem to be lower quality than the original. Black grit residue inside jams up the spin from adult to peds diaphragm. Flimsy, thin, not at all like the previous material.
