Pros

Great product. I am amazed how great this turned out. Fast shipping and a great product.

I used this 3m perfect-it gelcoat medium compound, on our 2014 cedar creek silverback rv’s, faded/oxidized dark brown front cap. The product recommends using a finishing wax after use.

Worked great restoring my boat hull. Im living in the moment until the next rainfall. Especially when doing hulls on the boat. The compound stays wet plenty long to do what you gotta do and not have to do several passes.

Griots da polisher and griots compounding orange pad. Works well on swirls, light, and medium scratches in gelcoat. Leaves a nice shine and no blotchiness if used correctly. Comes with griot polisher.

Worked on a 13 year old chalky rv. My 2014 rv looks like new!

Cons

This seems to bake itself on very quickly even though i applied it at 5 30 am in the shade when humidity was 30 degrees and air temp of 85. Don't buy. Overpriced for a ‘softscrub’ type product w ‘wax’.

I had to continue to clean the compound pad because it would load up with the oxidization/dirt.

This 3m product does an excellent job using a buffer on older gelcoat.

I used a 5” porter cable orbital buffer across 4 different pads, finished with meguiars buff & polish finish pad.
