Pros

Three metal teeth on each side to hold the sandpaper. Installing the paper could be made a bit easier by making the top part more flexible. And the sand paper slides in and stays put just as well as the 3m block.

Cons

It needs clasps to hold paper down. The paper is thinner than parchment paper, no durability at all, easily tears.

The sand comes off almost immediately upon sanding. Mine had two imperfections (small bumps) on the bottom, so the sanding surface is not flat.

The orange 3m block we have is too rounded at the edges, after many hours of use, to suit my purposes. Shame on them for sacrificing design and quality in the never ending pursuit of the bottom line.
