My biggest complaint on the g501 over the 9100fx is no matter how i adjust the headgear it doesn’t feel like it stays on comfortably and no matter how tight i tighten the knobs on the sides one side will remain loose coupled with how floppy and springy air hose is connected to the back of headgear i have to constantly adjust shield so it straightens out

Especially annoying while welding long runs on an open root and you start to lose vision because shield is starting to tilt from the most minor movement

Get apf 1000 kit and get a charcoal filter assembly that stacks on the papr used it without that for a year and the charcoal is just like a 2097 filter no particulates and no odor

Would rather a leather back strap then the waist to be honest or maybe a more back supportive belt would be cool
