Steel wool is sooo much cheaper than this at the store. These are small and thin pads. And, way over-priced.

Product works really well per the application i used it for which is to clean and apply oil to some wood products.
Packaging/appearance
This is a great product for wet distressing chalk paint, but it is not white as some, like myself, may be led to believe by the packaging.
It took off all bumps and made it real smooth with out scraping off the paint.

Ideal for applying tung oil / similar products.
