The holding mechanisms work very well.

Cons

I have a few of these installed indoors and the trim plate has already started to rust (< 1 year installed). They say this is rust proof, but it is not even close. Disliked the product due to missing template.

The included wire nuts are garbage. The one that hd sells has bulbs in it. Brim on the housing is very small so if you are a bit off with your drywall cut then the brim on housing will not have anything to grab on to.

Easy to install, very simple - great buy for the product

Excellent support, even when i run into problems, there is real support behind the product.

It would have made me purchase a different product.

I am using philips hue lighting with the g10 bulbs.

Price

Sure beats the price at lowe’s or depot.

Which i didn't mind because of the price.

Competitiveness

I have had these lights now since february of 2016.

This is important to point out since hur bulbs are larger than the standard gu10.

Both the bulbs and kits were also at home depot for a higher price.
