Pros
The 10 gauge wire is rated to handle 50 amps and 600 volts. Used this #10 wire to re-wire my 6 solar panels. It is actually ul listed by a company that first listed wire in 1959.
It seems like quality wire and crimped perfectly into my mc4 connectors. Seems good and flexible. Easy to strip and crimp.
Igreely 10ga tinned copper wire has a large operating temperature range of -76f to 221f. I believe it will withstand everything but fire and being runned over by the lawn mower. Since the wire is already pre-tinned it is easier to solder.
Cons
Wire is gauged by the wire core without insulation. Awg lugs will not properly crimp. Not suitable for solar.
