Pros

Water turns on and off easily without leaking or dripping. The faucet swivels - great to clean out the sink. They dress up any sink and give it a modern farmhouse *.

Cons

Great faucet but a bad drain. Drain tailpipe not standard size (too wide) and also about an inch too short. Paint was chipped off of the f sink. Had a professional plumber install and drain leaks.
