Pros
The posts are little shorter than i thought they would be, but she's says they are perfect for her top ear piercings (she has 3). Goregous sapphire earrings for a great price. The only downside is they stick out a little far.
Cons
While these were beautiful, they fit the ear weird - stuck out funny.

The only thing i didnt like is it not as dark as the one in the picture the stone is too light i was not even sure if it was the right one

I would have given this a higher rating but the screw on backs are very difficult to align and hard for my 9 year old to put on and take off

These sapphire earrings are super sparkly and look much more expensive than they are
