Theres an electric neti pot device that gets great reviews but they also sell a small salt cartridge that mixes with the pumped water

Thats fine and hygienic but the price for that salt cartridge is several times what other sealed packets of salt would cost

A must if you just use tap water but if you already filter your water you probably dont need to change them as frequently as directed
