    The first pair i put on the one didnt stay completely stuck down on the used pair of shoes i bought had one of a different kind on there i removed the other stayed stuck but still not quite keeping from rubbing on my heels

    Added a second one a little above and on top to see if it works mind you they arent that big a pair or merrels classic shoes with fur and the one i took off maybe o should have left on it was stuck way better but needed more additional padding at top of heel
