Pros

The cyberpower pc is great! This protection plan appears well worth the cost. I was given hassle free service and regular updates on the status of the repairs. Price is absolutely affordable and will cover most if not all accidental issues.

Cons

Smartguard says, it's under manufacturers warranty. When i called dell, they want me to ship it to their depot. This warranty isn't worth the money.

My computer stopped working after one year.

I can't imagine buying a computer without also getting a plan like this, and the price was so reasonable too.

He came the next day and replaced the motherboard.

On friday march 4th i called three times to smart guard protection plan to try and register a claim, not able to get the claim registered.

I shipped the computer to them using their fedex label.
