Pros

The tone and pitch of each crystal bowl is divine. They are pitch perfect (used a tuner) play much easier than a single bowl that cost as much as this set, and they are loud and clear sounding. Good quality the hz is really339-416.

This isn't a deal breaker, but a small detail that some people might be annoyed with. They are beautifully packaged. The purple tote bags & protective cushions are a great bonus.

It provides a lovely ambiance and encourages a broader appreciation for music. They help create an atmosphere of tranquility beyond this world. They sound heavenly!

They play beautifully with just the lightest touch. I recommend this for anyone wishing to find a reliable, beginner set.

They come with very well-padded bags for transport. I love that the zippers are dual and are covered with a velcro flap closure. The handles have the wrap for the bag straps. The liner is padded so are well protected.

Cons

The smallest bowls in the set are so slight and light that they want to tip over. They feel very fragile and tiny and must be played softly. There's no guarantee that they'll be usably in tune.

I love the quality of the singing bowls!

The zipper of one is separating (only opened once & that was opening the bowls for the first time).

I decided to try these; i was nervous about them being broken, not in tune to each other, or not even playable.

Price

I absolutely love them, especially for the price.

The price for this set was affordable for me and i hope to learn to play these bowls soon.

Don’t let the price fool or discourage you.

I was looking at buying a $1500 set, but couldn't afford them.

Shipping

They immediately sent out a new set which came nicely packaged again and intact.

As a result, all of the bowls were intact upon delivery.

I reached out to customer service and after a bit of time, they wrote back to say they were delayed due to chinese new year.

I was a little worried about the shipping since i live in hawaii and have had some “interesting” experiences with things shipped here.

Packaging/appearance

It was packaged so well, the purple tote bags & protective cushions are a great bonus.

The bowls came very well packed, nothing break on the way.

The packaging was protective and it was actually very time consuming to unpack.

Since the bowls come packed in the plastic bags they are free ;) .
