When running memtest x68 id get lots of failures

After several rounds of troubleshooting i found that if i manually specified the speed to 266mhz this ram passed memtest checks just fine but anything higher led to failure

Consits advertised as ddr2 pc26400 400mhz but it only runs successfully when manually set to ddr2 pc24200 266mhz

So now i have a machine successfully running two of these 8gb total successfully at 266mhz
