It calms the baby sometimes but this isn't a savior product. It makes a loud * sound with every transition. Didn't even bother connecting bluetooth.

It is very heavy and bulky to move around. The arm that hangs the toys is super flimsy and easily broken. If you have another toddler they will rip that thing off just by tapping it. Buy the graco bassinet swing instead.
