Cons

The rockaroo thinks the weight isn’t distributed evenly and turns off after about 2 minutes. Pictures are misleading. I assumed (incorrectly) that there were two in the package.

We washed this insert numerous times and it held up quality

The insert has really nice quality feel to it and was easy to install.

My sons head still doesn’t stay like it’s supposed to.

Fabric is slightly scratchy, more so like a breathable mesh covered foam feeling.

Price

I only used it until my son was about 2 months old so not sure it was really needed or at least not worth the 40$.

I do feel it was more expensive than it should be.

I thought this price included 2, i should have read the description better.

Came in a bag that i can use to store the item in once my baby outgrows it.
