Pros
Good quality mats fit nicely in the sheet pans. Keeps baking sheets clean and helps make the perfect pie crust with diagram on mat.
Even when a spillover or marinade has baked on, a little longer soak makes clean-up a breeze. The only downside is that they browned in the oven if you use them on over 400 degrees. They cleaned fairly easy in the dishwasher.
Cons

I am almost 80 yrs old and have been cooking with these since i was 20 yrs old i was soo sorry to hear of her bad experience so here are a few hints i pray will encourage her to try again

If they are a little big it wont hurt anything just be careful not to let them touch a coil or the oven grate
