The only tools needed were to strip the ends of the cable jackets off prior to assembly and then to clip the excess ends of the wires off after assembly

Then when done you snap the jack right on to it

You can not put it on backwards it will not let you

No more snapping to a plate and the tab breaks and i have to go get some super glue or the customer plugging the wire in and the jack pops back int he wall and i get a call to come fix it
