These are sturdy and easy to use. The pies work well in an air fryer, too. I love the product and wish some sets would come all the big size.

The handle isnt very sturdy one in my set was bent inside the box so to press the edges of each dunpling empanada ravioli pie or whatever it is youre making you may find yourself pressing from the top and bottom edges rather than from the handles
