Packaging/appearance
Till i opened the box the repackaged.
They decided to hide it by putting the box in huge black trash bag and repackaged it.
I just put a few things in a large plastic tote box, in my bathtub, add warm water plus the detergent, and agitate it with a plunger.
Competitiveness
We mix an economical nice smelling, other laundry soap with it.
I've also noticed that my front loader gasket seems cleaner, i don't find any deposits at all like i did with another brand.
This product is comparable to using an oxygenated’ product-low suds and brightens colors.

We cannot do dyes or perfumes due to sensitivity so i was concerned about the citrus scent

Just a word of warning the detergent itself is a very fine powder so be careful when you use it because it gets airborne very easily
