This is a good product in the way that it is adjustable saving a lot of time and effort and money as this is also fairly cheap

At very dark setting the cross effect it very noticeable and you can see a dark cross diagonally across images

Well built decent glass very little image softening and only slight colour cast not a problem if you shoot digital

The standard 1842mm lens does not like this filter at all

It produces an x effect in the picture so i wouldnt recommend it with this lens at all
