Pros

The effect works really well and makes everything on the tv more immersive. It really helps create an atmosphere that immerses you in what you’re watching. Personal favorites to watch are thor ragnarok and aquaman.

Does not work whatsoever. To me, that's a failed product that gets immediately returned, not something i tinker with until i'm satisfied it works.

At over $200 for what is essentially an hdmi splitter the least they can do is offer compatibility with newer display standards like hdr and dolby.

It just hangs and doesn't tell you what's wrong. Tried every different console to reciever to sync box to tv connections possible as well. Found a lot of people (using internet forums) having the same issue but no solution at all.

System is full of bugs. Old tech. Bad software. Tech support is very slow and not helpful.

You can change the speed of the lights with the box but that’s about it.

The audio setting just changes color in the same order and flashes with the beat, so it's not too impressive.
