Pros

I only needed the philips screwdriver, i assume there are computers that use this battery that will require the torx. The company promptly (and i mean it was fast! All of this within days. Easy to install, guided by youtube video.

The battery is just like new, lasting around 5 hours of casual use. I regularly use my laptop without a charging cable, and the battery held pretty well for 3 months. I thank the seller for reaching out to his patron.

This replacement baterry works great, even had a 62% charge when i hooked it up. It works for my del inspirion 7000 series 15 inches laptop.

Cons

This listing is for a type 33ydh battery. Easy to install and recognizes by computer but does not charge. When not plugged it starts to turn on then shuts off and will not restart until it is plugged it.
