Pros & Cons
Pros
The serrations make short work of rope and heavier materials. You hold this knife and you just know it's quality is top notch. I own seven different benchmade knives and they are all excellent quality!
This one is stil going strong. It is super durable, has a nice weight to it, and looks sleek! The lifetime warranty is amazing.
Drop point taper makes finer tasks easier. Perfect blend of size and functionality.
It is assisted and opens with authority right out of the box. For those people who do like assisted opening, this is a fine knife.
If you have ever needed a knife but only had one hand free, this becomes a game changer! I'm rather fond now of the scars my knife got from being in the roadway, as i’m scarred too by my road in life.

I fell off a motorcycle in which broke off the clip and stopped the spring assist from working.
Price
I love it even at the price of three of them!
A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
This was a little expensive, but i think it will last a really long time.
Shipping
Promptly shipped and product arrived in perfect condition.
Just had to pay for initial shipping fee to get it there.
Benchmade customer service is great and sent me two replacement clips at my request.
Competitiveness
Holds an edge as good or better than most knives in this price range.
I have owned spyderco, crkt, al mar and others, but this is my all around favorite knife.
I happen to think this knife, in its price range, is mostly aptly comparable to kershaw because of the assisted opening feature.
Many people pass up benchmades for kershaw's and spyderco's offerings.
