Pros
Great mod for the money. Love the low profile too. Also it looks pretty cool too.
Extremely easy to install. Perfect replacement for the factory tundra antenna. Took about 30 seconds to replace. Installed as described.
Finally got rid of my 10 foot cb radio antenna (lol jk) and got with the modern times. Looks way better than my existing antennae and the local radio stations all seem to come in fine.
Cons
E good to use but unable to install. Not thrilled with the look either - very plasticy.
The few fm channels that do come in are very distorted. The signal strength stinks. It’s functionality is very poor.
The part that screws into the truck body is too short and can't grip to start tightening. The bolt is a big weak point. Cannot screw new antenna in due to 1/2 base post stuck inside.
