Pros & Cons
Pros
Usb-c fast charger is ideal for my ipad and iphone. Airpods charge easily from the usb-a power slot. Convenient to use for recharging iphone, iwatch, ipad etc. Real convenient for both power and usb 3.
It secures down tight, much like a drain mounted under a sink.
It works great and looks very clean on my desktop. Would definitely purchase again.
Very easy installation with a small battery powered drill. It looks cool installed flush on my desk.
Cons
Non stop beeps from each phone as the power is cycled between each phone. Both usb and usb c ports are not reliable. Usb port wasn't seated properly and the usb port isn't fast charging.

Our built-in desk had a 2-inch hole covered with a standard grommet cover, but the outlet on the wall below it is very difficult to reach.
