Plastic tines were broken, what looks to be 3 broken upon arrival. Not good to keep birds out. What i did not like is that the seller is after only one communication by them.

I purchased this dryer vent to replace an old one that kept getting jammed old louver design which turned my dryer into a freezer during the new hampshire winters

Be careful when you open the bag at the top as thats where the total of 1 square inch of instructions are printed on the bag

I had to reattach the 34plastic flap34 as it arrived detached

It would have been nice to have had the 4 necessary screws included with the kit but i guess you cant have everything
