I'm pleased with the recipes and the book, and it does make it easier to get dinner on the table with limited ingredients required.
The recipes actually turn out company coming for dinner quality meals without calling for exotic or hard to find ingredients.

My only complaint with the book is when one of the ingredients is something like a prepackaged brownie mix.

Used versions seem available for cheaper, even when shipping is involved.
Nothing is overly complicated and there are quite a few fast recipes- some are slow, but not all!

If youve worked with chorizo you know there is a significant difference between mexican and spanish and part of that difference is that mexican chorizo while sometimes sold in links is not very sliceable

The recipe should have specified either spanish chorizo or given an alternative preparation for working with mexican
