It does just press into place but dont squeeze the metal track inwards while youre doing it or youll make like hard for yourself

Start at one end make sure you have the strip located properly in the grooves and work your way along with your thumbs

The kit comes with neat end clips but if i had to nitpick id say its a shame they all came will cable holes i would have preferred to drill my own holes in the ones i needed holes in and leave the rest as plain blanking plates

Was initially concerned about the relatively short lengths ie having joints but you don’t notice this at all and the shorter lengths allows them to be delivered in tact as opposed to some reviews of longer lengths that have been delivered bent or damaged
