I'm not sure why this has gotten some negative reviews, as i've been pleasantly surprised.
Have bought from this outfit before and not disappointed .
In the last 3 years, screen protectors have gotten terrible in quality and function.
Packaging/appearance
You shouldn't have to do a lot of smoothing out of the screen, maybe a little at the edges.

Great product for a great price and you get more than 1 set.

But if your biggest worry is dropping the phone put on also a tempered glass screen protection before you apply this

One thing i learned is that if you can get it situated properly then it will mostly fall into place naturally just by letting go of the screen cover
